4. Description of Services

This Website is a platform that connects users with independent Advisors specializing in various areas, including but not limited to: love and relationships, career, tarot card readings, past life exploration, and astrology. Advisors are available for consultations via online chat, phone, or email. We facilitate these connections and the processing of payments. The Advisors are independent contractors and not employees of the Website.

5. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You are encouraged to use a nickname for anonymity.

6. Payments, Billing, and Promotions

Pricing: Services are billed on a per-minute basis at the rate displayed on the chosen Advisor’s profile. Rates may vary between Advisors.
Promotional Offer: New, first-time users are eligible for a one-time promotional offer of three (3) free minutes. This offer is intended to allow you to establish a connection with an Advisor. After the promotional period ends, regular per-minute rates will apply.
Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) to use the paid Services. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all services rendered.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a reading, you may be eligible for a credit to your account.

To qualify, you must end the session within the first five (5) minutes.
You must contact our customer support team at admin@psychic-readings.online and provide a brief explanation of why the reading was unsatisfactory.
Our support team will review your request. We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests in the form of site credit at our sole discretion.
The credit can be used to connect with a different Advisor on our platform.

8. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

Harass, threaten, or defame any person, including Advisors and other users.
Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Share obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account.
Solicit personal contact information from Advisors or attempt to engage with them outside of the platform.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

Encryption: All communications between you and an Advisor on our platform are encrypted.
Anonymity: You can use a nickname to protect your identity.
